Metal Punching Process
Die-Cuts is similar to a metal punching process, but using a lower tonnage machine to punch non-metal parts. It can be done on a single punch machine or a multiple head, high speed continuous die cut line. Using an in line die cut process, multiple materials can be laminated together and die cut and assembled into products , and presented in continuous rolls or in sheets.
Die cuts are very versatile in that many type of materials can be processed at the same time on a single line.
Example will be several layers of materials like laminating PET to rubber bonded to metal, with a pull tab and a release liner. Given your imagination, almost anything is possible.
